Ralph has been involved with public education for 24 years. Prior to entering adult education, Ralph was an Assistant Principal and Department Head for School Counseling. Ralph is also very involved in Lacross and is excited to expand Middletown Adult Education community partnerships and to creating systems to support adult learners. When asked, “What brings you joy in your new ROLE, Ralph responded, “Opening doors”. Ralph’s words of wisdom, “Be prepared work hard and most importantly be kind!”
