Presented by: SDE and ATDN 

Learn about the “new” STAR. We will show how it is different and share examples to get a deeper understanding of implementation in the classroom. Hear from past implementers about the benefits for you and your students. STAR is a reading reform initiative that involves: • professional development in evidence-based reading instruction for intermediate level ABE learners • technical assistance in how to develop the systems and procedures needed to implement and sustain that instruction
